What Unblocked Profile Is

Unblocked Profile is a shared website template system for ENS users. A template is uploaded and pinned to IPFS, a CID is copied into the ENS content hash, and the ENS name becomes the live access point to the profile page or website. That is the core difference: the ENS domain is not just a label inside someone else's platform. It is the actual gateway to the user's page.

The Core System

Unblocked Profile turns a reusable template into a decentralized front end that an ENS user can activate without traditional hosting. The template lives on IPFS. The ENS content hash points to it. The wallet owner controls the record that connects the two.

Once the CID is placed into the ENS record, the domain resolves to a page that can display ENS name data, ENS avatar data, NFTs, posts, and indexed content strings. The result is not a mock profile. It is a functioning page that the user controls through the domain they own.

Why This Is Different

Most ENS profile platforms still work like hosted services. The user visits a company website, enters a name, and sees a profile at a path controlled by that company. That means the platform still owns the server, the routing, and the final interface layer.

Unblocked Profile changes that model. The ENS domain itself becomes the landing page. The user is not being displayed inside a centralized viewer. The user is resolving directly through the ENS record to the decentralized front end.

What The User Actually Owns

  • The wallet that signs and controls changes
  • The ENS domain that acts as the public address
  • The content hash record that points the domain to the template
  • The profile page behavior created from the template and connected data
  • The ability to update, replace, expand, or fork the template later

What The User Is No Longer Renting

  • A hosted profile path on a platform domain
  • A central server that can go offline or remove access
  • A website builder subscription just to stay visible
  • A company-controlled interface that decides how identity is shown
  • A middle layer that can separate the user from their audience
The page is tied to the ENS name, not to a centralized profile host.

That is why Unblocked Profile matters. The user is not borrowing an interface from a platform. The user is publishing through an ENS domain that they control, pointing directly to decentralized content that they choose. That leaves the wallet owner in complete control of the relationship between identity, page, and content.
